Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ Prices Likely to Stay Stable
Samsung is likely to launch the Galaxy S26 series in India and global markets next month. Recently, fresh leaks have revealed possible pricing details for the upcoming flagship lineup. According to a tipster, Samsung may reduce the price of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, while the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ could keep their current pricing.
New Pricing Leak Surfaces Online
According to tipster Roland Quandt, who shared details on Bluesky Social, Samsung may price the Galaxy S26 Ultra about EUR 100 (around Rs. 11,000) lower than the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Notably, this price reduction could apply to both the 256GB and 512GB variants.
Moreover, the tipster based this information on retail data from a market outside the European Union.
How This Compares to the Galaxy S25 Ultra
Currently, Samsung sells the Galaxy S25 Ultra in Europe at a starting price of EUR 1,469 (around Rs. 1,62,000). If the leaked details turn out to be accurate, Samsung could launch the Galaxy S26 Ultra at approximately EUR 1,369 (around Rs. 1,51,000).
However, Samsung may not change the price of the top-end 1TB variant. The company could continue selling this version at EUR 1,849 (roughly Rs. 2,04,000), just like the previous model.
Galaxy S26 and S26+ Pricing Expectations
Meanwhile, the tipster suggests that Samsung does not plan to increase prices for the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+. At present, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ start at EUR 919 (about Rs. 1,01,000) and EUR 1,159 (around Rs. 1,28,000), respectively, for the 256GB variants in Europe.
As a result, similar pricing could carry over to the new Galaxy S26 lineup.
Free Storage Upgrades Likely to Continue
Additionally, Samsung may continue offering free storage upgrades during pre-orders for the Galaxy S26 series. According to the leak, the company could absorb rising memory component costs instead of passing them on to customers.
Because of this strategy, Samsung may manage to keep prices steady despite higher production expenses.
Expected Launch Timeline
Earlier reports suggest that Samsung could unveil the Galaxy S26 series globally on February 25. Following the launch, the company may begin sales on March 11.
For now, Samsung has not officially confirmed pricing or launch details. However, the leaks provide a strong indication of what buyers can expect.
