BTS member J-Hope is known for expressing himself through music and dance. Now, he has shown another side of himself with a tattoo. Recently, the rapper and dancer, whose real name is Jung Ho-seok, revealed his new tattoo, and ARMY can’t stop talking about it.
J-Hope’s Tattoo
On August 29, 2025, J-Hope posted a TikTok video dancing to rookie group CORTIS’s song “GO!”. While his dance moves were the highlight, fans noticed something new on his thigh—a tattoo. The words inked were: “I’m your hope,” “You’re my hope,” and “HOPE.” Famous tattoo artist Dr. Woo created it. The design matches J-Hope’s message of hope, positivity, and encouragement that he has always given to BTS and fans.
This is his second visible tattoo. His first was a “7” on his Achilles tendon in 2022, made by all BTS members to show their unity. But this new tattoo feels more personal, showing his own identity and love for ARMY.
What About V’s Tattoo?
Earlier, photos of J-Hope and V at Dr. Woo’s studio in Los Angeles appeared online but were later deleted. Now fans are curious—did V also get a tattoo? Some believe he may have chosen a design inspired by his poem “King” that he once posted on Instagram, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
For J-Hope, this tattoo is not just body art. It is a reminder of his journey, his bond with BTS, and his special connection with ARMY. As always, he revealed it while supporting a rookie group’s song, proving once again why fans call him their “Hope.”
