BTS member V gave fans a fun glimpse into his life over the past three months through an Instagram photodump. Kim Taehyung posted 20 photos capturing various moments since completing his military service in June 2025. He spent most of his time in Los Angeles, which drew the most attention from fans.

V’s Life Post-Military
On September 27, V invited ARMY into the mansion where he stayed with his BTS bandmates in the U.S. He shared snapshots from recording sessions, creating new music, relaxing at the beach, and adjusting to civilian life. His caption roughly translates to: “Sharing these moments from the past three months.” Fans also noticed his slightly unshaven look, which didn’t overshadow his flawless visuals.

Since completing his military service, V has been in the headlines for attending fashion events, throwing the ceremonial first pitch at a Dodgers game, and more. His workout videos with BTS members Jungkook, RM, J-Hope, and others have also been trending widely on social media.

V Purchases Luxury Penthouse
Adding another milestone, V recently bought a luxury apartment in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Penthouse Cheongdam (PH129), valued at 14.2 billion KRW (approx. $10.3 million), has been South Korea’s most expensive penthouse for four consecutive years since opening in 2020. V purchased one of the 29 units, paying entirely in cash without taking a loan.
