On his 31st birthday, BTS leader Kim Namjoon (RM) went live on Weverse to interact with fans. But soon, fans’ attention shifted to the diamond ring on his finger, which was a gift from fellow member Jin. Playfully, fans asked if RM was secretly married, to which he gave a funny explanation.

During the chat, RM revealed that he celebrated his birthday with Jimin, V, and Jin. He said, “I had dinner with V, drank whiskey with Jimin, and Jin hyung gave me this ring. I am definitely not married, nor do I have any plans to get married.”

When asked why he wore the ring on his fourth finger, RM laughed and said, “It simply fits there.” He explained that Jin hyung tried multiple times, but the ring wouldn’t fit on any other finger. “If I tried any other finger, it would get stuck.”

After the lighthearted moment, RM also talked about BTS’ upcoming album, which marks their first full-group comeback in four years. He said, “We don’t know how it will turn out or how you’ll feel about it, but we’re putting in all our effort to present ourselves as mature artists. Please wait a little longer.”
