BTS 2026 World Tour: 65 Shows, 4 Million Fans Expected

BTS is all set for a spectacular return to the music scene, as all seven members have completed their mandatory military service. After reuniting in June, the group headed to Los Angeles to write and record their next album. Reports suggest the album involves collaboration with award-winning producers and composers, and sources indicate it is expected to release in spring 2026.

Global Tour Expected to Begin in May 2026

Speculation is rife that BTS will follow the album release with a massive world tour. According to Finance News, Hyundai Motor Securities researcher Kim Hyun Young revealed that the tour could run from May to December 2026, spanning roughly eight months. The report estimates around 65 performances worldwide, with nearly 4 million fans expected to attend.

Each concert is projected to attract over 60,000 attendees, making it one of BTS’ biggest tours to date. Analysts predict that the tour could boost HYBE’s operating profits to approximately 100 billion KRW starting in Q2 2026.

Pop-Up Events and Concert Films Keep Fans Engaged

Ahead of their comeback, BTS is keeping ARMY engaged through global special events. From September 24 to October 5, the group is screening four of their concert films across 2,500 theaters in 65 countries. Additionally, pop-up stores are planned in major cities, allowing fans to celebrate BTS’ journey until the world tour officially begins.

Currently, the members are back in South Korea, recording and finalizing plans for the upcoming album. They have also maintained their global presence by attending high-profile fashion events in Milan and Paris, balancing international engagements while preparing for their historic return to the stage.
