BTS’ Jimin Prioritizes Group Over Solo Career, Says “Bangtan Is Most Important to Me”

On October 1, 2025, BTS member Jimin stole the spotlight at the Christian Dior Spring/Summer 2026 show during Paris Fashion Week, held at Les Tuileries, France. Dressed in a stylish outfit that revealed his abs, he captivated the audience with his stunning presence. After the show, he returned to his hotel and hosted a livestream to connect with fans. During the broadcast, Jimin shared updates on BTS’s Spring 2026 album, revealing that the group has been working hard and is excited about upcoming collaborations. When asked about potential solo projects, he clarified that his current focus remains entirely on BTS music.

Jimin Surprises ARMY With Livestream

This Dior appearance marked Jimin’s first fashion show since completing his military service in June. After his striking runway look, he went live on Weverse for his first solo broadcast in two years. Fans flooded the chat with requests for new solo songs, following the success of FACE and MUSE. Responding to the demand, Jimin said:
“Some of you have been asking about my next solo [song], but as you know, Bangtan is the most important to me. That’s my priority right now, so… we’ll get to it later.”

His statement reassured fans that he is not putting his personal projects ahead of BTS. He confirmed that more solo music will come in the future—but only after the BTS album is completed, released, and supported with a global tour.

“Next year, after the album is out, I’ll be going on tour to meet you all,” he added, hinting at BTS’s first tour in seven years.

Jimin Goes Blonde and Shirtless for Paris Fashion Week

Jimin’s look at the Dior show was nothing short of a statement. He wore an open blazer that highlighted his toned abs and post-military physique. His strawberry-blonde hair, styled with a soft blow-dry framing his temples, enhanced his fashion-forward vibe. The Set Me Free Pt. 2 star paired bright leather pants with matching shoes, keeping the focus on his bare chest. Layered neck jewelry and multiple rings completed the look, sparking speculation about whether his Tiffany & Co. contract was still active. After a two-year hiatus from the fashion scene due to national duty, Jimin’s return was bold, confident, and unforgettable.
