When two of K-pop’s biggest stars appear in the same frame, fans can’t help but get excited. BTS’ V and BLACKPINK’s Lisa, both global icons and top choices for luxury brands and major projects, were recently spotted together at Frieze Paradise Art Night Seoul. The star-studded event also featured BTS leader RM and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Rosé, though there weren’t any notable interactions between them.

A new picture from the event shows V and Lisa posing side by side for the camera. But instead of focusing on their visuals, netizens couldn’t stop laughing at the half-eaten kimbap in V’s hand, which quickly stole all the attention.

V, Lisa, and the Trending Kimbap Moment

Once co-brand ambassadors for CELINE, V and Lisa are now rarely seen together, as Lisa has since joined Louis Vuitton. Their last memorable appearance together was at a Paris event alongside Park Bo Gum, which was a visual treat for fans. Since then, the Seoul art event marked their first reunion in a long time.

In the viral photo shared by guest Tommy Brow, Lisa is seen flashing a cute ‘V’ pose, while right beside her, V’s hand holding a half-eaten kimbap became the highlight. Fans jokingly said he must have been pulled into the photo mid-bite, turning the funny detail into the main talking point of the reunion.

What’s Next for BTS and BLACKPINK?

While V’s kimbap moment continues to trend on social media, both groups are busy preparing for their next big projects. BTS recently wrapped up two months of recording in the United States and has now returned to South Korea to work on their post-military comeback album, scheduled for spring 2026.
